Antimicrobial Meltblown Fabric

PRODUCT INTRO

AnbaTec antibacterial meltblown fabric is a new type of filter material with antibacterial and antiviral functions, which is made of polypropylene and PP as the main raw material. The antibacterial and antiviral agent is mixed and co extruded with PP raw material, and processed by water or electric electret method. Antibacterial technology has long-lasting and efficient antibacterial and antiviral properties, and at the same time, it does not affect the functional characteristics of melt blown cloth itself, which can be used in medical, civil, and industrial fields.

ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVITY        

The antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus is ≥ 99%.

The antiviral activity rate against influenza A virus H3N2 is 92.42%.  

PRODUCT APPLICATION

The polypropylene fiber embedded with antibacterial particles in AnbaTec antibacterial meltblown fabric can theoretically reach several micrometers in diameter, and these ultrafine fibers with capillary structure can theoretically make the melt blown fabric have good air filtration performance. The bacteria and viruses trapped on the melt blown fabric fibers are killed and inactivated under the multiple activity mechanisms of antibacterial particles, making the air passing through the filter material clean and the surface clean, making it a good mask filter material. In medical institutions, during the season of high incidence of influenza viruses, the efficient bacterial and viral inactivation performance of AnbaTec antibacterial melt blown cloth can play an important protective role.
